An interactive and informative fermentation workshop

9am—12pm at the Quairading CRC

 

Kimchi is a Korean side dish made from salted and fermented veggies, flavoured with a variety of seasonings.

 

BRING WITH YOU:

  • Large glass mixing bowl
  • Large knife
  • Chopping board
  • Wooden spoon

Jars, ingredients and morning tea will be supplied.

 

$30 per person
