An exciting and challenging opportunity exists to join the Quairading Medical Practice as the Practice Manager.

Quairading Medical Practice is a busy General Practice, with a small team committed to delivering excellent quality healthcare to its patients.  The successful applicant will take responsibility for the key performance areas which ensure the success and smooth operation of the Practice. In addition, when required the person will also provide relief support for the Patient Support Staff.

About the role

The Position provides essential support for the GP’s and Allied Health Professionals.  The Position requires to provide leadership and mentoring for the Patient Support Staff, Practice Nurse and Cleaner.

The Position includes a Planning and Review role to ensure that the Practice maintains its high standard of Policy and Procedures in line with its GP Accreditation.

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the rosters for all staff, including appointments between Doctors, Registered Nurses and Patient Support Staff alike.

This role is currently offered on a part-time basis (flexibility of hours available for the successful candidate) for approx. 17 hours per week. Additional Hours may be offered when providing Relief Cover for other Practice Staff.
