Council’s Animal Care Facility provides a temporary home for lost and stray dogs.
If your dog is found within the Shire of Quairading wearing a registration tag and has a microchip, our rangers will bring the dog to the facility and we will attempt to contact you as soon as possible.
Stray and roaming dogs have the potential to cause a nuisance or attack members of the community, wildlife and other pets.
If you find a stray or roaming dog, if possible and safe please confine it to your backyard or garage, and phone our administration centre with a description of the dog.
