COUNCIL PLAN 2026-36

The Shire of Quairading is pleased to announce that the Council Plan 2026-2036 was formally endorsed at the May 2026 Ordinary Council Meeting.

The Council Plan combines the Strategic Community Plan and Corporate Business Plan into one integrated document, providing a clear roadmap for the next decade. It outlines the community’s vision and priorities over the next ten years, while detailing the Shire’s four-year delivery program to guide the implementation of those priorities.

This Plan has been shaped by the voices of our community through the “Imagine Quairading: Conversations About Our Future” engagement process, facilitated by Peter Kenyon from Bank of I.D.E.A.S. More than 600 community members and visitors contributed over 1,200 ideas and opinions, helping to create a shared vision and priorities for Quairading’s future.

A sincere thank you to Peter Kenyon and Bank of I.D.E.A.S. for guiding this process, and to everyone who took the time to participate and share their ideas. Together, we have developed a plan that reflects our aspirations and provides a roadmap for the next decade.
